Oil and Gas projects have crucial preliminary phases before the EPC contract is awarded, here are the few we consider before EPC commences
Feasibility Study : High-level review to assess the technical and economic viability of the project.
Conceptual Design : Developing initial process flow diagrams (PFDs) and a high-level cost estimate.
FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) : This is the most critical phase. we defines the project’s technical scope, specifications, and the firm cost estimate with enough detail to secure Final Investment Decision (FID) and tender the final EPC contract
Safety: We implement a strict Hierarchy of Controls, risk assessments, mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs.
Quality: We establish rigorous Total Quality Management (TQM) plans, conducting regular quality checks, inspections, and audits throughout the engineering, procurement, and construction phases to prevent costly rework.
